Grounding yourself

Grounding also called earthing is an amazing thing! I didn’t know that all these years I have actually been doing something amazing for myself without even knowing! I have been for forever lol a barefoot babe! I hate shoes if it wasn’t for snow I would never wear shoes at all! In summer I am mostly barefoot.

Grounding is a way to connect back to earth, mother nature where we came from. By simply taking time out of your day, slipping off your shoes and walking in the dirt or grass for just an hour can completely change and help your body! It can elevate stress, anxiety, joint and muscle pain, and many many more things!

Our body’s are like what 90% water? Don’t quote me on that lol so by being a high percentage of water which makes us up we also have electricity that runs through us. Since the development and discovery of rubber and shoes to protect our feet we are no longer connected to that electric energy that runs through the Earth and through us causing a blockage of energy . Shoes have disconnected us from that electricity flow so by wearing shoes we have cut off our main source of energy and health and wellness by disconnecting us from Earth I know it sounds completely weird but that’s the way that it is and by taking off your shoes and walking around in the dirt for an hour reconnect us and recharges our batteries, makes us feel better! So have a great day take off your shoes and walk around and relieve some stress and help your body out!!
